A Little About Me

I'm a creative soul who navigates life with art, laughter, and a deep appreciation for connection.

• My Family: I'm a wife, a mom to two grown children, and a doting "grandmother" to my kids rescue animals.

• My Joys: You can often find me reading, writing, baking sourdough bread, or making herbal medicine from wild-collected herbs.

• My Happy Places: I feel most at home outdoors, sharing coffee with friends, taking long walks, cooking wonderful dinners, or simply being near the water.

My Professional Journey

My work is a blend of my lifelong passions for healing and wisdom.

• Education: I completed my degree in Acupuncture in 1994 and a Master's in Philosophy in 2018.

• Experience: For years, I have worked as an herbalist, coach, and facilitator of women's circles across the US and in Copenhagen, Denmark. I am now based in beautiful Naples, Florida.

My Philosophy on Circles

I believe that something magical happens when women gather with intention. My approach is simple: I help you access the wisdom you already have inside.

In our circles, we:

• Prioritize Safety: We create a warm, inclusive, and confidential space where you can be fully yourself.

• Share Authentically: We learn that in sharing our stories, we heal ourselves and each other.

• Listen Deeply: We practice listening from the heart, without judgment or the need to "fix."

• Find Balance: We work together to accept the life we have while creating the life we truly desire.

I believe we are all whole and worthy of living vibrant lives filled with peace, joy, and profound connection. There is always more right with us than wrong.
