Cancellation Policy
Booking & Privacy Policy for Our Sacred Circle We are committed to creating a supportive, safe, and respectful experience for every woman who joins our circles. By booking a spot in our circle, you agree to the following policies, which are designed to protect both you and the integrity of our sacred space: 1. Booking Process & Confirmation Bookings are made online through our secure website or booking platform. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete. Bookings are personal and non-transferable; please do not share your spot or booking details with others. 2. Cancellation Policy We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel your booking. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund (if applicable) or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours of the circle time are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your booked circle without prior cancellation, you will lose your ability to book future circles. This helps us honor everyone’s time and commitment. 3. Privacy & Data Policy Your privacy is deeply important to us. Any personal information you share when booking—such as your name, email, phone number, or preferences—will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of managing your bookings and keeping you informed about upcoming circles. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties outside of essential service providers (such as payment processors or booking systems) needed to complete your booking. We may occasionally email you updates about new circles or related offerings; you can unsubscribe at any time. 4. Confidentiality in Circles By booking, you agree to uphold our Circle Confidentiality Agreement: what is shared in the circle stays in the circle. This commitment ensures every woman feels safe to share openly. 5. Respecting the Space By booking, you commit to arriving on time, being fully present, and treating all participants with kindness, respect, and non-judgment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for anyone who has previously violated these agreements or demonstrated behavior that undermines the safety or trust of the circle. 6. Acceptance of Terms By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies, which are in place to protect the sacred space we create together.
